The National Caravan Industry Training College is headed by Mark, who has over 20 years’ experience in vocational education, facilitating traineeships, apprenticeships, accredited and non-accredited training, via face to face and online learning.
Mark is a specialist in training and operations management, compliance, learning and development who brings a wealth of change management experience to the team.
With a pedigree of qualifications in Business Management, Customer Contact and Training and Assessment, Mark is a master in developing bespoke educational training platforms for businesses across Australia.
The business is supported by a team of qualified trainers and administrators who collectively bring a wealth of knowledge and operational experience gained from the caravan and RV industry over decades.
Deanna has been an integral member of the NCITC team for several years, expertly managing the daily coordination of our training programs. With extensive experience in administration and customer service across a variety of industries, she is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both students and trainers alike.
